Enhancing Skills and Faster Generation of Employment

Yes. Large industries should have apprenticeship for prospective candidates. They should be given on-the-job training and absorbed if they meet selection criteria. This way much of academic education is skipped. The training should include skill/s that would be useful in similar industries in case the candidate is not absorbed.

The ratio of Engineering college to ITI should be 1:100.
There must be industry institution partnerships for on job training.
3 to 6 months courses be made available after high school to make the upcoming youth employable. (Drivers, delivery man, watchman, office peons, sales man at retail/ restaurant etc)
Less educated may be trained for Gardner, domestic help, parking boys etc.
